General Tso's Chicken, Pot Stickers and fried rice

Dinner last night took me to the Far East by way of the Northside. Picked up some delicious food from Wok Cuisine, an Albany Park strip mall place. But despite the location, this place serves up good 'bad' chinese.

The General Tso's was still crispy. One of my biggest complaints with Sesame Chicken and General T's is that when you get it to go it gets mushy. Not the case here, this stuff was as crisp as the stack of singles Lauren used to buy the stuff.

Ever since the PF Chang's and Big Bowl's of the world came around Pot Stickers have gotten a bad name. They're like soulless Buddha's built on an assembly line. The best part is these places give you chop sticks. That's like Pizza Hut serving Cianti. But I'll stop kidding my self, I doubt some young Peking child is enjoying a delicious plate of pot stickers, more like dog. Wok Cuisine has good pot stickers, not like PF Chang's, quality. Seared nice and very flavorful.
